Prudential Tower – Roofing Replacement
On this high-profile, high-rise project, Titan Roofing removed the existing coal tar pitch roof down to the structural concrete deck, including the removal of 6,000 square feet of concrete slab on the 51st floor.
A new low-slope roofing assembly was installed using Soprema modified bitumen, including new insulation, coverboard, and a two-ply system with granulated cap sheet applied in cold process adhesive. The scope also included the removal, upgrade, and reinstallation of the lightning protection system, coordinated with the new roof assembly.
All work was performed at significant height, requiring controlled material handling, coordination, and adherence to safety protocols typical of high-rise construction.
Result: A fully replaced modified bitumen roofing system executed at height with controlled demolition, precise installation, and integrated system upgrades—demonstrating Titan Roofing’s capability to manage complex, high-rise projects where safety, sequencing, and execution are critical.
