MGM Springfield – Roofing & Architectural Systems
This Titan Roofing project involved roofing and architectural system work for an 850,000-square-foot mixed-use casino, hotel, residential, and entertainment development in Springfield, MA.
The scope required coordination across a large and complex building footprint that combined multiple occupancy types and roof conditions. A key architectural feature included the installation of a 58-foot-wide, 6.5-foot-deep dome on the roof of the hotel tower shortly before the property’s opening, requiring controlled planning, lifting coordination, and precise integration with the surrounding roof assembly.
Work was performed within an active construction schedule leading up to the facility opening, with attention to sequencing, site coordination, and adherence to safety standards across a large-scale commercial project.
Result: A complex commercial roofing and architectural roof system executed across a high-profile hospitality and entertainment development, demonstrating the ability to coordinate large-scale roofing operations, integrate specialty architectural features, and deliver consistent execution under demanding project schedules.
