Titan Roofing restores the existing slate roofing system through the careful removal and reinstallation of the original slate. New copper flashings and gutters integrate with the slate system to provide effective drainage and long-term protection at roof transitions.

On the low-slope sections, Titan Roofing installs approximately 50,000 square feet of EPDM and PVC roofing systems. These membrane systems tie into the steep-slope slate assemblies and surrounding architectural conditions.

Careful sequencing and coordination maintain continuity between the steep-slope and low-slope systems while supporting consistent performance across the different roof types.

Result: A comprehensive slate restoration and multi-system membrane roofing installation that integrates copper detailing, steep- and low-slope assemblies, and complex roof transitions.
