This project involved a comprehensive roofing and architectural sheet metal scope, requiring coordinated execution across multiple systems and building features.
Titan Roofing completed slate roofing replacement, PVC roofing, modified Bituthene roofing, and fluid-applied gutter waterproofing, ensuring each system was installed in sequence and integrated to provide continuous protection across varying roof conditions. Skylight replacement was performed to maintain functionality and alignment with surrounding roofing assemblies.
Architectural sheet metal work included copper balustrade cladding, barrel dormer standing seam roofs, gable dormer trim and flashings, scuppers, downspouts, ridge and hip caps, chimney caps, thru-wall flashings, and window sill, jamb, and head flashings, along with copper screen walls and coping caps. Each component was installed with consistent detailing to support proper drainage, system continuity, and long-term performance.
All phases of work were carried out with a focus on controlled execution, coordination across trades, and adherence to safety standards throughout the project.
Result: A complex multi-system roof delivered with clear command of both steep-slope slate and low-slope membrane applications, backed by precise copper and architectural sheet metal detailing. The project reflects Titan Roofing’s ability to manage transitions between systems, maintain water control at every condition, and execute high-end institutional work with discipline and consistency.
