Encore Boston Harbor – Roofing & Waterproofing

This large-scale Titan Roofing project included the installation of 434,000 sq. ft. of Firestone Tan 80mil TPO SA roofing over a system consisting of 1/2″ HD coverboard, EFVM screen, R30 flat and tapered insulation, and V-Force self-adhered vapor barrier. This assembly provides consistent coverage, secure attachment, and reliable system performance across a complex roof layout.

Architectural features were addressed with 23,000 sq. ft. of BEMO panels installed on all domes, along with Firestone Una-Clad standing seam systems on both interior and exterior sections. These elements required coordinated installation to ensure proper integration with the primary roofing system.

Additionally, 20,000 sq. ft. of American Hydrotech waterproofing was installed across multiple terrace levels beneath pavers and vegetative assemblies, supporting protected, functional outdoor spaces.

All phases of work were performed with an emphasis on controlled execution, coordination across trades, and adherence to safety standards on a large and active jobsite.

Result: A fully integrated roofing and waterproofing system installed with consistency, attention to detail, and a focus on long-term performance.
