Dexter School – Plaza Waterproofing (Clay Center Observatory)

Titan Roofing installed 6,000 square feet of hot-applied American Hydrotech MM6125 waterproofing at the plaza level, followed by placement of a Hanover paver system to complete the assembly.

The work required controlled installation of a hot-applied system to ensure consistent membrane thickness, full adhesion, and proper detailing at all transitions. The paver system was installed to align with the underlying waterproofing assembly and support the finished plaza surface. Constellation etching on the pavers was completed by others.

All phases were coordinated to maintain system integrity and ensure proper sequencing between waterproofing and finished surface installation.

Result: A fully adhered, monolithic hot-applied waterproofing system installed with precision beneath an active plaza, reflecting Titan Roofing’s expertise in protecting occupied and high-visibility spaces where long-term water control and system reliability are critical.
