On this 640,000 square foot hospital expansion, Titan Roofing installed a combination of Ecostar synthetic slate, Firestone RubberGard Eco White EPDM, and Kemper Systems waterproofing across multiple roof areas, each requiring system-specific detailing and integration.

The scope involved coordinating transitions between steep-slope and low-slope assemblies, integrating waterproofing at critical penetrations, and maintaining continuity across varied roof conditions to support long-term performance.

Work was executed with close coordination to ensure proper system transitions, secure attachment, and consistent detailing across all roof sections, particularly in areas requiring enhanced waterproofing and durability.

Result: A fully integrated roofing system combining synthetic slate, reflective EPDM membrane, and fluid-applied waterproofing, delivering long-term durability, energy efficiency, and reliable protection across a complex healthcare facility.
