This slate re-roofing project required disciplined execution on a 48-foot-high structure with a 16/12 pitch—conditions where safety, coordination, and experience directly impact the outcome.

Titan Roofing performed the work over a concrete deck using a controlled, methodical approach suited for steep-slope applications. A crew of 45 roofers and 10 sheet metal specialists allowed the project to move efficiently while maintaining consistent workmanship across all phases. Slate installation and sheet metal detailing were completed with attention to fit, alignment, and integration at all transitions.
