Area B2 Police Station – Roofing & Green Roof Assembly

On this new construction project, Titan Roofing installed a three-ply Tremco modified bitumen roofing system with a white cap sheet across the primary roof areas. The assembly was installed in sequence to ensure consistent ply adhesion, membrane integrity, and a uniform finished surface.

At lower roof sections, a four-ply modified bitumen system was installed along with a protection mat, drainage layer, and filter fabric, forming a protected assembly designed to support overburden conditions. Titan also installed the extensive media for the green roof areas as part of the contract.

Work was executed with careful coordination to ensure proper layering, system compatibility, and alignment between roofing and green roof components.

Result: A robust multi-ply modified bitumen and protected roof system installed with disciplined layering and integration, demonstrating Titan Roofing’s capability in building assemblies that support green roof applications while maintaining long-term waterproofing performance and system durability.
