Low Slope Roofing

Low slope roofing is the most common configuration of roofing on larger buildings. Year after year, Titan successfully completes a multitude of these projects throughout the northeast by maintaining a large quality and safety driven workforce and by upholding a teamwork approach with the representatives of the projects' management team. Our individual project sizes range from one thousand to hundreds of thousands of square feet.

Titan Roofing has the equipment and experienced personnel to complete and maintain the following systems which are commonly found on low-slope roofs:

Single Ply Roofing Systems

  • EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer)
  • PVC (Polyvinyl Cholride)
  • TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin)
  • KEE (Keytone Ethylene Ester)

Built Up Roofing Systems

  • Hot Asphalt/Modified Bitumen
  • Coal Tar Pitch
  • Cold Process
