Project Description

Roofing started in May of 2017 which consisted of 434,000 sq ft of Firestone Tan 80mil TPO SA, 1/2" HD Coverboard, EFVM Screen, R30 Flat & Tapered Insulation and V-force self adhered vapor barrier.  23,000 sq ft of Bemo Panels were installed on all of the domes along with Firestone Una-Clad standing seam roofs on the interior and exterior of the building.  20,000 sq ft of American Hydrotech waterproofing was installed on multiple terrace levels underneath pavers and vegetation.
